Why Choose Professional Installation?

Expertise You Can Trust

Child seat fitting is not a straightforward task. Our expert installers ensure that car seats are fitted as securely as possible, minimizing any excessive movement. This precision helps protect your child from serious injury, providing peace of mind with our top-notch child restraint installation services.

The Installation Process

Our professional installation process is designed to ensure maximum safety and ease of use. Here’s a detailed look at what you can expect:

1. Initial Assessment

  • Vehicle Inspection: We begin by inspecting your vehicle to understand its specific requirements, including the location of anchorage points and seat belt configurations.

  • Car Seat Evaluation: We assess the child restraint system to ensure it meets safety standards and is appropriate for your child's size and age.

2. Secure Installation

  • Positioning the Seat: The child seat is positioned in the safest possible location within the vehicle, typically the rear seat behind the passenger, this way the drivers leg room in not compromised.

  • Using the Right Anchors: We use the vehicle's ISOFIX points or seat belts to secure the seat. The top tether is attached to the vehicle's anchorage point.

3. Adjustment and Testing

  • Firm Fitting: The seat is adjusted to ensure it is as tight as possible, with no excessive movement. This involves tightening the seat belt or ISOFIX connectors and ensuring the top tether is secure.

  • Safety Checks: We conduct a series of checks to confirm that the seat is installed correctly, including ensuring the harness is at the correct height and that all straps are untwisted and snug.

4. Demonstration and Education

  • Demonstration: Our installers demonstrate how to correctly secure your child in the seat, ensuring you understand how to adjust the harness and check for proper fit.

  • Ongoing Support: We provide guidance on what to look for as your child grows, including when adjustments are needed or when it might be time to transition to a different seat.

5. Final Inspection

  • Comprehensive Review: A final inspection ensures everything is in place and that you are comfortable with the installation and operation of the child restraint.

  • Documentation: We provide documentation of the installation, including any recommendations for future checks or adjustments.

Our inspections reveal that over 95% of child restraints are incorrectly fitted or adjusted, potentially placing children at unnecessary risk. This statistic highlights the importance of professional installation.
